The documentary paints a picture of a small Hollywood elite that was guilty of sexual abuse during the 1990s. Marc Collins-Rector, the founder of streaming service Digital Entertainment Network, is a key extra in the documentary. He, and other well-known and lesser-known names in the American film industry, are profiled by the once young ambitious actors whom they sexually exploited. An Open Secret is directed by Amy J. Berg.
