The employees of Omroep Friesland ('Omrop Fryslân') started a campaign on Monday to preserve their independent regional broadcaster. They do this with radio and television commercials with the slogan 'Ús language, Ús Omrop'. In doing so, they oppose the plan in which the Frisian broadcaster, RTV Noord and RTV Drenthe, will come under one board.
