The new Copyright Contract Law came into effect on July 1, 2015. The new legal provisions give makers a stronger position compared to publishers, producers and operators. In recent years, the negotiating position of screenwriters, directors and actors has come under increasing pressure. We at PAM are therefore pleased with the introduction of the new law.
