For a few weeks, the Belgian castle Torenhof will be the location for the latest film by American director TIm Burton. The maker of imaginative film gems such as Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy Hollow, Big Fish, focuses this time on the children's book Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by the American writer Ransom Riggs. Riggs made a trailer to promote that book, which was partly shot in Villa Nottebohm in Brecht. It is an eclectic style castle dating from the late 19th Century and is located in Brasschaat in the province of Antwerp.
