Nabil Ayouch, the director of Much Loved, and actress Loubna Abidar, have been summoned to appear in court on July 15 in Marrakech. The two are charged with pornography, indecency and inciting minors to commit debauchery. The Assabah newspaper reports this. This concerns a call from the Attorney General to attend the first hearing on the controversial film. Prosecutors believe that the film gives the illusion that homosexuality, prostitution, trafficking in women and sex tourism generate a lot of money.
