In a letter to the Senate, PAM and Platform Makers call for speedy approval of the current Copyright Contract Law bill - before the House recess on July 1. The negotiating position of (audiovisual) makers versus their operators is under great pressure. In order to ensure legal certainty for makers and a restoration of balance in the sector, an early introduction of the new law is of great importance. We therefore request that groups refrain from a second written round of questions.
