To the surprise of the unions, the broadcasting employers have decided that they do not agree with the agreements made together about a social arrangement in the collective labor agreement. This social scheme was intended, on the one hand, to have a scheme for the expected reorganizations at the regional broadcasters and on the other hand to have a scheme that can provide sufficient security for employees who have to be made redundant in a flexible and changing labor market.
