Jean Counet traveled all over the world as a cameraman and director. He directed the Latvian, Belgian and Finnish co-production Inhale Exhale (2010) and was cinematographer of, among others, the Dutch-Taiwanese co-production How To Describe a Cloud (2013, David Verbeek), the backlit documentaries The Tax Free Tour (VPRO, 2013) and How Real is Real? (VPRO, 2014). He also worked as a cameraman for the travel program O'Hanlons Helden (VPRO, 2013).
