Hans Herbots is preparing to film the next book by children's author Dirk Bracke. Black (2006) is about youth gangs in Brussels. Herbots and Bracke are currently working together on developing the scenario. Since Herbots is currently still filming Tom Lanoye's Monster Trilogy, Black's film would not be released in theaters for a few years.
