Producer 1St-Day and game developer Fishing Cactus have launched 'Chicken Town', a video game based on the globally sold animated series Chicken Town. The game was created with cross-media support from the VAF/Mediafonds. The animated series Chicken Town of the same name was created by Flemish animator Niko Meulemans and tells the story of four chickens and a rooster who coop together in a big city. The bossy owner of their coop, Polly, demands that they lay an egg every day or else they will end up at the butcher around the corner. The series is broadcast in more than 70 countries and can currently also be seen on vtm KZoom.
