Eye Film Museum has restored a fifty-year-old film and is re-releasing it. The film Cycling to the Moon dates from 1963. It was only a good film then, but now it is also a document of the times.
'A gentle comedy about three brothers, each of whom has inherited one characteristic from their deceased father and who keep encountering each other in a wonderful way,' is how Henk van Gelder described the film in the reference work Hollands Hollywood.
