Orson Welles' last film "The Other Side of the Wind" was shot between 1970 and 1976. When the shoot was completed the film ran into difficulties. Much of the film's financing came from Iran, where the Shah had just been deposed. This led to a dispute over ownership rights over which the film was stored in a vault in Paris. An initiative has now been started on Indiegogo to finally complete the film. Whoever deposits $50,000 will receive a Welles notebook with notes about Citizen Kane.
