The winners of the Rembrandt Awards, presented by Veronica Magazine, will be announced on April 19. The Rembrandt Awards are the only real Dutch audience awards for film. The nominees include: 12 Years a Slave, The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, Gooische Vrouwen 2 and Hartenstraat. And actors/actresses such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lawrence, Tygo Gernandt, Fedja van Huêt, Linda de Mol and Georgina Verbaan. The shortlist for the Rembrandt Awards, again presented this year by Veronica Magazine, has been compiled by a professional jury led by producer and initiator of the René Mioch. The Rembrandt Awards relate to the films released in Dutch cinemas in 2014.
