Three major Dutch films and one minority film receive European realization support from Eurimages. The majority Dutch feature films Monk, Meester Kikker and Walking to Paris will receive a total of 761,000 euros and the minority co-production Rehepapp will receive 210,000 euros. This was decided during the last meeting of the Eurimages co-production fund. Eurimages, the co-production fund of the Council of Europe, was established in 1988 and consists of 36 Member States. It is committed to co-production, distribution and exhibition of European film. The Council meets four times a year and has already supported 1,560 feature film and documentary co-productions. The Film Fund represents the Netherlands in Eurimages.
