During the International Film Festival Berlin 2015, the Netherlands Film Fund and MDM, Mitteldeutsche Medienförderung established a co-development fund to jointly support the script development of original children's and youth film plans. Children's and youth films have always played an important role in the policy of both funds. By joining forces, the funds want to jointly develop and co-produce high-quality film plans for children in both countries and beyond.
